After recently confirming her first Mainland China shows in Beijing and Guangzhou, Ariana Grande has added a Shanghai date to the China portion of her world tour.
Set to perform in the capital on August 26 and in Guangzhou on August 30, Live Nation have confirmed that the pop star will be here in Shanghai on Monday August 28 at the Mercedes-Benz Arena
The singer's debut China tour was understandably thrown into doubt by the terrorist attack in Manchester on May 22. But following her decision to continue with her Dangerous Woman tour, Grande will be honouring the tour's Asia leg with shows in Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong as well.
Originally a child star on Broadway and Nickelodeon, Grande has since gone on to become an award-winning singer, with her 2016 album Dangerous Woman making it to a number of Best Albums of the Year lists, including on The Guardian and Billboard.
