Catalonia is where he grew up, where he first discovered his passion for cooking, and where many of the flavors that define his cuisine were born. Known for combining Mediterranean seafood with mountain produce, world-famous markets, exceptional olive oil, artisan cheeses and one of Spain's richest culinary traditions, Catalonia offers a cuisine that is both deeply rooted and constantly evolving.
