After the success of last month’s Super Secret Supper Club event, gourmet food company Fields have organised another exclusive dinner party on Saturday 30 July at 7pm.
Only five tickets are available to the public, exclusively for Time Out Readers priced at 400RMB/person. Last time, these hot tickets were overbooked so make sure to reserve now and you could dine with Time Out food editor Crystyl Mo at the event.
Last month’s event was a Bacchanalian feast with two teams of chefs, the Fields Kitchen team and the Hong Kong-based Secret Supper Club team, competing to serve up their five course creations, all based on the special ingredient of black hair pig.
The night's menu wowed with dishes like 'Carmelized Pork Belly & Creamy Cauliflower Risotto' and 'Miss Piggy's Sweet Crunch, nectarine mousse on black cherry compote with bacon chocolate tuile and maple taro-yam pork nuggets with sea salt-bacon caramel sauce' (phew, the name alone astonishes).
Fields hope this second dinner will be even bigger, better and bolder, and this time the theme is Fusion Chinese – think nostalgic favourites from your hometown Chinese restaurant.
