While you might not think that waxing or de-hairing sounds like an inherently pleasant process, at the fabulous Strip & Browhaus, the focus is on creating an experience that is pain-free, hygienic and yes, even fun. The ever-professional, friendly team keep the ouch factor low and the quality high. Their playful approach to advertising (including stuffed toy gorillas outside stores) means they are beloved by the hairy across Shanghai, and the go-to place for beautifying. We would be lost without them - or at least, very, very hairy.
