This swanky bar located on the first floor of Three on the Bund says it's not exclusive, despite having a bouncer and a dress code (no sandals, no shorts). Once inside, however, the bourgie vibe reveals itself to be mostly superficial. Yes, there's caviar and Grey Goose, but the friendly service is low key and the space is filled with plush jewel-toned couches and sequinned pillows that keep it comfortable and give it a solid lounge vibe. Plus, the music is tops, with a house-heavy soundtrack and nightly live DJs spinning mellow beats, upping the BPMs as the midnight hour approaches.
The bar offers a pleasant list of signature drinks that live up to the standards of a cocktail-focused bar; a nice surprise for the area. Club 3 1/3 is also does 'Bitestronomy' menu of elevated lounge snacks like Sichuan beef nachos, Bang Bang chicken sliders and Vietnamese-spiced ribs.
