His new menu features trattoria style food highlighting the best of Italian favourites from key areas in Italy, including San Daniele ham from Udine, Friuli; paccheri with gurnard fish from Terracina, Lazio and many more. Saviero takes the best from the nature and the freshest of ingredients whilst drawing on his own Italian heritage and home style recipes.
Prego signature dishes include king prawn carpaccio with four types of fish roe and caviar; oxtail ragout pappardelle; and grilled octopus on chick-pea puree with grilled asparagus. Prego also boasts a Wagyu beef showcase chiller, so diners have the option to choose their favourite cut and size of Wagyu beef, which will then be prepared and cooked according to his/her preference. In addition, weekday lunch patrons can also enjoy a set lunch menu at 198RMB per person that includes an antipasto and dessert buffet, a choice of one main course and a soft drink.
