China's second annual Shuck Off Oyster Festival is a celebration of food and drinks aimed at recognising and inspiring oyster shuckers around China. This year's festival is going to be bigger and better, with events happening across three cities: Shanghai, Beijing, and Fuzhou.The festival kicks off May 19 in Shanghai with an Oysters and Bubbles Reception at HU Bar and an Oyster Championship Brunch at Le Royal Meridien Hotel where the southern regional championship will take place.
