If you’re looking for an excuse to get out and exercise (other than chasing fitness fads), Social Supply’s month-long extravaganza dedicated to all things health and wellness, FEEL GOOD FEST, is returning today.
The inaugural edition in 2020 was a haven for the city’s health-minded and this year’s looks to be just as wholesome with over 250 experiences, workshops and activities set up around Shanghai – all with the aim of helping you build better habits for your mind, body and soul.
Some of the classes on offer for the next 30 days include HIIT, yoga, aerial dancing, boxing and CrossFit. That’s just to name a few and – besides the physical practices – there’s plenty of other self-healing options that won’t make you sweat buckets, like vegan wine tastings, sound therapy and mental-health discussions. Beyond the daily classes, the main event FEEL GOOD DAY
is taking place on Sunday 18 April. Expect competitions hosted by the likes of Max Out and China’s Strongman and Obstacle Sports Federations – alongside food, drink, performances, entertainment and a lifestyle-focused market.

The events will be held at either the Jingan Kerry Centre (the festival’s central venue) or at Social Supply’s partnering studios – click here to check out the full calendar. A single session costs 100RMB or you can select ten for 500RMB. Members will also receive special perks like meal plan discounts plus free goodies and trials for beauty services.
Whether you feel it’s the time to tone up, prioritise your wellbeing or just need an emotional release, it’s a great opportunity to start making some simple but positive changes to your lifestyle. Classes can be booked by extracting the QR code below.
