Set to be held at the Education First headquarters on Tongren Lu, R U OK? Day is a day of interactive workshops, workouts and forums led by leading Shanghai health and wellbeing practitioners designed to encourage people to reach out to those around them who they think might be struggling and let them know that people do care about them, there's no shame in not being okay and that things will get better.

Workshops include pilates, Zumba and yoga and seminars such as 'Time-Self & Stress-Management', 'Love Yourself: A Non-Cheesy Workshop about Society, Media, and Self-Confidence' and 'Resilience in Shanghai: How to move forward after mistakes and setbacks.' There will also be an R U OK? workshop where participants can learn about how to approach and support someone they are concerned about.
