From now on, Summer Palace has launched a new A La Carte Menu, including more than one hundred delicacies such as cold dishes, soup, seafood and dim sum. This menu is specially crafted by our Chinese Executive Chef, Joe Tsang, who has more than twenty years of experience in making Cantonese cuisine. The quality and taste of the fresh ingredients is highlighted with exquisite and innovative methods. While retaining the classic Cantonese flavour of the dish, it integrates Shanghai elements to present unique and fresh special dishes. Guest would not miss the dishes such as Mantis Shrimp with Spicy Sauce, Wok-fried Crab Meat and Roe with Rice Cake, Signature Crispy Chicken, Sous-vide Wagyu Beef with Preserved Bean Sauce and more.
