Owen brings a wealth of experience to the role, having joined SEEC Media Group in 2010. As Executive Publisher of TimeOut Beijing and Voyage, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of both urban living and travel media, as well as strong leadership in editorial and business operations.
In his new role, Owen will lead the unified development of TimeOut China brands, driving collaboration across content creation, marketing, and commercial partnerships.
