Start your modern European brunch experience off with some mixed salads. Flavorful, refreshing and nutrition-boosting, these freshly made salads embrace a variety of textures. Feeling a bit creative? Try mixing your own salad with some leafy greens up for grabs at the salad bar. Top your mix with cherry tomatoes, artichokes, chick peas, sweetcorn, kidney beans, or jalapeños to build the perfect salad.

While patiently waiting for your eggs Benedict and mains to arrive at your table, you may want to dig in to the amazing selection of cold cut meats and cheese. Options include salami, chorizo, pastrami, cheddar, red Leicester, double Gloucester, cranberry, and Wensleydale. Pair your meat and cheese tray with wine, bite-sized crackers, and fruits. The next thing you know, you’ll want to slow down on the appetizers and leave enough room for the best part of the brunch that’s yet to come.

On the cooked-to-order side, in addition to two eggs Benedicts of choice and one main course plus side dish of choice, each diner will get two New Zealand Marlborough Oysters, freshly shucked, topped with shallot emulsion, Bloody Mary gel and chives to provide that extra kick of flavor.

We can all agree that eggs Benedict is a brunch staple. There are many reasons why we love this delectable brunch favorite. A well-made eggs Benedict involves a perfectly toasted English muffin cut in half, a succulent, poached egg sitting atop a piece of bacon or any sort of topping, all doused in some seriously silky hollandaise sauce. The combination of texture alone is an experience in itself. Hungry yet? Luckily, the people at Shanghai Tavern know exactly how to make this guilty pleasure even more irresistible.

Each option offers a unique, rich combination of flavors of its own. Feel free to choose two from these six amazing options and we guarantee that you’ll be surprised.
