Having bought out the original location on Dongping Lu, now converted into Italian restaurant DOC, the new group of investors behind The Blarney Stone - including some of those involved in The Camel and Yongkang Lu's Sliders - have opened this new location on the increasingly rowdy bar strip.
It follows the same formula as the old pub, a lively and relatively authentic Irish pub, serving traditional pub fare. They have Guinness, Strongbow and Kilkenny on tap from around 65RMB.
From their food menu, they offer butter chicken curry, bacon and chicken jacket potato and chicken parmigiana, with special deals on different days.
