The Shanghai EDITION’s all-day dining brasserie, reminiscent of the London EDITION’s Berners Tavern, Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton and executive chef Scott Melvin of The Commune Social and Table No.1 have created a menu to keep you entertained from breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
Start with a ‘crab on toast’ and beef tartare, followed by an upscaled mac and cheese with braised beef blade and a lamb rack with miso eggplant, yuzu and basil pesto. For a sweet finish, choose from the variety of cakes and tarts on the dessert trolley. Come back for afternoon tea from 3-5pm for a traditional British experience of teatime.
