One of our favourite dim sum places. Fresh shrimp is a star, presented in many guises, such as steamed shrimp dumplings (32RMB), dainty packages of juicy shrimp sealed in sheer, lightly sticky wrappers. The rice flour rolls (38RMB) feature shrimp that’s lightly fried for crunch, folded into slippery bundles with soy sauce.
